Posted: 10 Jan 2011 08:58 AM PST In this weekly post I publish inspiration found all around the web on other blogs. Because there is so much art I select the best of the week from every blog and publish it in these posts. If you produce something and you like to share it you can submit your work to me, then I create a post with your portfolio. In these posts I add your new work if I have featured you earlier, so feel free to let me know when you publish a new project. Fernando Matos

10 Incredible Examples Of The Minimalistic Effect Posted: 10 Jan 2011 08:44 AM PST Sometimes being minimalistic can be a wiser choice for you product. Our current industry is packed with millions of different designs and product variations. Even though some are vivid and attractive, others seem a little overdone kind of like this video. The folks over at A2591 took on a lovely project of trying to simplify the branding of some major products, and have come up with the minimalistic outcomes below. It's stunning to see the difference from start to finish. With these examples we hope that more people understand how simple things can make an impact too. However that being said some people still think this kind of minimal design looks unappealingly generic and has no personality. What are your thoughts on this topic?
